A standard delivery charge of PKR 150 will be charged on all orders . The product will reach you in 3-5 business days.
The Vitamin Company unfortunately does not offer any exchange or returns for any of our products. Claims are only entertained for the following circumstances:
- The received product(s) differed from the original order.
- The received product(s) were damaged.
In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 7 days of the original order date (for Pakistan) and within 14 days of the original order date (for all international orders).
We hold customer satisfaction above everything and believe in facilitating our customers with the best possible services which is why we take full responsibility for any damaged products which you may receive. You can send your damaged items back to us at any time and we will replace them with a brand new product without any extra charges.
Ans. You can only return a product if it is damaged. Otherwise, we do not offer product returns. Returned items must be unused, in the state you received them and in the original packaging & invoice.
Ans. Please note that all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Ans. An exchange order will be sent within 14 working days once we have received the item. It also depends upon the availability of product.
Ans. If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team, with your order number, name and address and the reason for returning the item. We will arrange a pick-up from your doorstep.
